Terms of Service

Last updated: July 30, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the RingLeadAI platform (the "Service") operated by RingLeadAI. By signing up you agree to these Terms.

1. Account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secret and for any activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

2. Acceptable use

  • No spam, unsolicited bulk email, or messages that violate CAN-SPAM, GDPR, or TCPA.
  • No reverse-engineering, scraping, or load-testing the Service without written consent.
  • No use that violates third-party rights (privacy, IP, contract).
  • You must obtain consent before recording calls in jurisdictions that require it.
  • You must honor opt-out requests promptly.

3. Subscription, billing, and cancellation

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing & Plans. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep full access until then.

All fees already paid are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused time, or unused usage (including unused minutes, emails, or other quota). Your 7-day free trial lets you evaluate the product at no cost before any charge. When you upgrade or downgrade a paid plan, we apply prorated credit toward your new plan automatically.

4. Usage limits

Your plan includes monthly limits on agents, minutes, emails, and integrations. Overage may be billed separately or block additional usage until the next cycle.

5. Service availability

We target 99.5% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance whenever possible.

6. Customer data

You retain all rights to data you upload. You grant us a limited license to process that data solely to run the Service for you. See our Privacy Policy for details.

7. AI-generated content

The Service uses large language models to draft emails, classify replies, and summarize calls. AI output may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing AI output before it goes to a customer.

8. AI voice calls, recording, and disclosure

The Service provides configurable AI voice agents. You are the caller of recordfor every call your agents place or receive. You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the FCC’s 2024 ruling on artificial and prerecorded voices, state AI and bot-disclosure laws, and federal and state call-recording and wiretap laws.

Many jurisdictions require all-party consentbefore a call may be recorded — including California, Florida, Illinois, Pennsylvania, Washington, Massachusetts, Maryland, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New Hampshire and Connecticut. Many also require that a person be told they are speaking with an automated or AI system.

Each agent has independent controls for call recording and for an automated spoken disclosure. By default, calls are recorded and no automated disclosure is spoken. Turning the disclosure off does not stop recording, and turning recording off does not remove your obligation to identify the agent as AI where the law requires it. These controls are provided for your convenience; enabling or disabling them is your decision and does not transfer any legal obligation to RingLeadAI. You are responsible for determining what disclosure and consent your use requires and for obtaining it. Every change to these settings is recorded in your account’s audit log.

You agree to indemnify and hold RingLeadAI harmless from any claim arising out of calls placed or received through your account, including claims relating to consent, recording, or disclosure.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for material breach of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Termination does not relieve you of unpaid fees.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

11. Limitation of liability

Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located there.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will notify you of material changes by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
