Data Deletion Request

You can request deletion of your RingLeadAI account and all associated data at any time. This page explains the process, timeline, and what gets deleted.

Self-serve deletion

Sign in to RingLeadAI, go to Settings → Account → Delete account, confirm with your password, and click Delete permanently. The action cannot be undone.

Email request

Prefer email? Send a deletion request from the email address registered to your account to privacy@ringleadai.com with the subject "Data deletion request". We will acknowledge within 5 business days and complete deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Profile, credentials, organization membership.
• Email campaigns, sequences, templates.
• Voice agents, call recordings, transcripts.
• Imported leads, custom fields, notes.
• OAuth connections (Gmail, Outlook, social platforms).
• Webhooks, API keys, integration credentials.

What we retain (and why)

• Invoice and billing records — required by tax law (retained 7 years).
• Audit logs containing your user ID — retained 12 months for security and abuse investigation.
• Aggregated, anonymized analytics — cannot be tied back to you.
• Backups — overwritten on the standard 30-day rotation cycle.

Partial deletion

Want to delete only specific records (e.g. a single campaign or recording) without closing your account? Most resources have a Delete action in the UI, or contact support and we'll handle it manually.
