Is there a free trial?
Yes — every plan starts with a 7-day free trial that includes full access to email, voice, social, and workflows so you can see real results before paying.
Do I need a credit card to start the trial?
No. The 7-day trial requires no credit card. You only add payment when you choose to upgrade to a paid plan.
What happens when the trial ends?
After 7 days you pick a plan to continue. If you don't upgrade, your account pauses (you keep access to your data) until you choose a plan — nothing is charged automatically without you upgrading.
How much does RingLeadAI cost?
Email plans start at $39/mo, Voice plans at $49/mo, and combined Suite plans (voice + email + social) at $69/mo. Pricing scales with usage and team size.
What's the difference between Voice, Email, and Suite plans?
Voice plans focus on AI voice calling and minutes. Email plans focus on cold email, inboxes, and active leads. Suite plans combine voice + email + social outreach for full multichannel — usually the best value.
How many AI agents do I get?
Starter tiers include 10 AI agents, Pro tiers include 25, and Scale tiers include unlimited agents. You can create and manage them from your dashboard.
How many phone numbers are included?
Starter includes 3 phone numbers, Pro includes 5, and Scale includes 10. Additional numbers are available as an add-on.
What are voice minutes and how does overage work?
Each voice plan includes a monthly pool of AI call minutes. If you exceed it, additional minutes are billed at a per-minute overage rate, so campaigns never stop unexpectedly. You can also upgrade for a larger included pool.
Can I pay annually?
Yes. Annual billing is available at roughly a 20% discount versus monthly on most plans — toggle annual pricing on the plans above.
Can I change or cancel my plan anytime?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from Settings → Subscription. Plan changes are prorated by Stripe.
Is there a setup fee?
No. There are no setup fees or onboarding charges — you only pay your plan price.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards via Stripe, our secure payment processor.
Do unused minutes or leads roll over?
Plan quotas (voice minutes, active leads) reset at the start of each billing cycle and don't roll over. If you consistently need more, upgrading to a larger plan is more cost-effective than overage.
Do you offer custom or enterprise pricing?
Yes. For high volume, custom AI voices, white-label, or specific security and compliance needs, we offer Enterprise plans — contact us for a tailored quote.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data remains accessible while your account is active and during any grace period. You can export it, and we honor data-deletion requests per our privacy policy.
