Privacy Policy

RingLeadAI ("we", "us", "our") operates the RingLeadAI platform. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the service you agree to the terms below.

Data we collect

  • Account data: name, email, password (hashed), organization name.
  • Communication data: emails, call recordings, transcripts, voicemails — created or processed by the platform on your behalf.
  • Lead data: contact records you import or your integrations sync.
  • Usage data: features used, error logs, performance metrics. Collected via Sentry and Google Analytics 4.
  • Payment data: handled by Stripe — we never see your full card number.

How we use it

  • Run the service (send emails, place calls, sync CRMs).
  • Improve product quality (anonymized analytics, debugging).
  • Communicate with you about your account, billing, and important changes.
  • Comply with legal obligations (subpoenas, fraud prevention, audit logs).

Data sharing

We share data only with vendors required to run the service: Stripe (billing), our voice infrastructure provider, our AI inference provider, AWS / Hetzner (hosting), SendGrid (transactional email), Sentry (error monitoring), Google Analytics (usage). A current list of sub-processors is available on request. We do not sell your data, ever.

Data retention

We retain account data while your account is active. Call recordings and transcripts are retained for 90 days by default — configurable per organization in Settings. You can request deletion at any time (see Data Deletion).

Your rights

  • Access: request a copy of your data.
  • Correction: update inaccurate data.
  • Deletion: request erasure of your account and associated records.
  • Portability: export your data in machine-readable format.
  • Opt-out: turn off analytics, recordings, or marketing emails in Settings.

Security

Data in transit is encrypted with TLS 1.2+. Data at rest is encrypted with AES-256. Access to production systems is restricted to authorized personnel and audited. We follow the principle of least privilege.

Cookies

We use strictly-necessary cookies for authentication, and analytics cookies for product improvement. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings.

Children

The service is intended for business users. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
